Resolved: Customer Service Sorely Lacking

DocHub doesn't have any phone-based customer service, so basically you get caught in a very clumsy, inefficient, time-consuming, back-and-forth email correspondence where an actual human might actually tell you how to specifically do something once in a while, but otherwise they send you links to various parts of their "How to" section -- which is basically the internet equivalent of asking someone if they have someone's phone number, and then they say "No, but you can try Googling their name." Yeah thanks, I never would have thought of that!

Yes they still denied my refund request I have yet to speak with someone from the company. I am still not using the services so I do feel the need to have my funds back on my card.

Can't get document to print

My firm filled out shows on the screen and I am able to send filled out but when I attempt to print it, it prints the blank template and not the information filled out. Why???

I subscribed under totally different terms $10 monthly they hit my acct up for the whole year without my consent looked at plans there was never a $10 monthly plan the app is convenient but customer service and billing sucks .they have a pissed customer service number no one answers or call back this app is really a scam to overcharge consumers even the terms are bogus use Adobe do not subscribe unless you want to be overcharged
